Trafiksol IPO Date, Price Band

Trafiksol ITS Technologies initial public offering (IPO) will open for subscription on September 10, Monday, and end on September 12, Wednesday, 2023. The issue will also include an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1,16,88,000 equity shares by selling shareholders and the company will not receive any proceeds from the OFS portion.

The price band of the offer has been fixed at Rs 888 to Rs 900 per equity share. Investors can bid for a minimum of 13 shares and in multiples of 13 shares thereafter.

Trafiksol IPO Offer Size

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 1.96 crore shares, aggregating up to Rs 176.40 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 1,16,88,000 equity shares by existing shareholders.

Trafiksol IPO Objective

The company proposes to utilize the net proceeds from the fresh issue for repayment/prepayment of certain borrowings availed by the company and its subsidiaries and for general corporate purposes.

Trafiksol IPO Lot Size

A retail-individual investor can apply for up to 13 shares (1 lot) or multiples thereof. The minimum lot size is 13 shares.

The shares of Trafiksol ITS Technologies are available at a premium (GMP) of Rs 23 in the grey market today. Trafiksol IPO Financials

Trafiksol ITS Technologies reported a 23.18 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 26.36 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. In the same quarter last fiscal, the company's net profit stood at Rs 21.41 crore, the company had said in a regulatory filing. The total revenue from operations rose 24.17 per cent to Rs 109.77 crore during the quarter under review, against Rs 88.37 crore in the year-ago period.

Trafiksol IPO Allotment

The basis for share allotment will be finalised on September 15, 2023 and the shares will be credited to the demat accounts of successful investors on September 19, 2023.

The equity shares of Trafiksol ITS Technologies are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE on September 20, 2023
